SO. I was trying to buy a bluetooth USB adapter thingy right? Because I took like 53 pictures of No Name's surprise birthday party (LOL) and I wanted to upload them onto LJ to share the sexiness. So after school, I went to the Fido in RC.
The sale guy comes up to me and he was like
"Can I help you?" and I was like
"I'm looking for a Bluetooth plug thing that helps you transfer files. Like if you have photos or music on your cellphone and you want to transfer them to your PC." so he gave me these two blue packages.
"Yeah the 1GB one costs $39.99 and the 2GB one costs $49.99"
So I was like 1GB and 2GB? Huh...I guess that means it can transfer 1 or 2GB of stuff? I mean IT'S NOT MY FAULT I'M TECHNOLOGY RETARDED. So I said,
"Yeah ok sure, I'll take the 1GB one,"
because I figured I won't be transfering that much things right? Like I don't think I have 1GB worth of pictures to transfer anyway. So I bought it and it turned out it was only $25 (trying to rip me off, asshole?) and I was pretty satisfied with myself that I bought one so quickly since I was planning on walking to Future Shop before No Name was like wtf just go to RC, bitch.
So I was on the way home when I actually took a look at the "Bluetooth" I bought. The package was all blue and pretty but then I noticed something.
Where the hell was the bluetooth?
So I took a even closer look at the thing and I realized something else. It fricking tricked me with the stupid blue package. Because you know, BLUEtooth. The retarded salesman actually gave me a micro SD memory card chip wtf.
I specifically remembered asking for A THING THAT TRANSFERS FILES. And he gives me a MEMORY CARD >=(( So I went back to talk to him but he was busy so this other lady came up to me. So I told her that I was trying to buy a Bluetooth USB adapter thingy and she was like oh I'll see if we can switch it then.
But it turns out they didn't even have it in the stupid shop and it costed $59.99!! Seriously!? I didn't know it was that expensive! So she was like,
"Yeah it seems like our shops don't sell any in your district." And I said,
"Oh I see."
"Yeah, sorry about that."
"Nah, it's fine."
"..."
"..."
"..." she replied.
"So...can I return this then....????"
"Oh are you sure you don't want this? I mean it goes with your phone and all."
"No it's fine. I have a memory card already."
"Oh I see. Then I'll fix this up for you." She goes over to talk to guy who sold it to me and they talked for a while before she came back.
"Are you sure you don't want it? You can store up to 1GB worth of songs in there!"
"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"No really it's fine. I already have a memory card AND I have a mp3 so I really don't have any use for it."
"Oh I see."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..." she added.

"So..........can I return this?"
And she FINALLY let me return the stupid memory card after making some more weak attempts at trying to make me keep it. Bitch. So I called up No Name and I told her what happened and she was like,
"Try the other stores then. Maybe they'll have them? Like Rogers?"
So I tried ALL of the electronic stores in RC and NONE of them had it! And I was like wtf and No Name was like wtf. Then I thought maybe I really should just go to Future Shop to buy it? But when I looked in my purse I realized I had no change and by then I was really tired and didn't feel like walking all the way to Future Shop and back. Because...what if the Bluetooth really costed $59.99?? I had like...45 bucks on me. So in the end No Name and I decided that it would be best that I go home. =(
And so ends my very unsuccessful trip to buy a Bluetooth so I can share the sexiness with the world.
By the way, I actually found a way to upload the pictures to my computer LAWL. Hahahahahah yeah so I'll probably post them later. =))

Weight: 45kg (dam I really wanted to go on a diet this summer but I still haven't lost any weight yet =( )

Today is technically only my first day of summer because I have been taking summer school so to me, summer didn't really start until summer school ended. I am currently looking for a job but I haven't been successful so far. Well...there's not much to update since nothing new has been happening. Most of my friends are on vacation and it's absurdly hot here. I have the fan on right now but I'm still sweating.
Today I went to the mall and visited some friends working there. I bought myself a new shirt but that was all. Nothing was on sale and it seems I've been going to the mall every other day now. It's disturbing when I start to know what's new on the shelf considering that only a few months ago I didn't even know my way around the mall. Guess that just proves how bored I am.
Good news is that my father is coming to visit me next week. =) He said he would be here on the 14th or the 15th. I can't wait! I'm really excited but the days seem to be passing by extremely slowly. I hope he will buy me Painter IX or X because that program is amazing. I downloaded the trial version a long time ago but since I was busy with school, I didn't get to play around with it much. He said he's buying some other things for me too (because things are extremely cheap there =) ) and that it would be a surprise. ;)
I spent the rest of the day watching tv and doodling. Had the call the internet guy because the internet was broken. Apparently all I had to do was unplug the router and replug it again. Of course, being the diligent salesman he was, he made the whole process complicated while trying to sell me a new model during the explaination on how the fix my internet. Psh, as if. I really don't need a faster internet especially if I have to pay extra for it. He said my router will be susceptible to break down in the future but still. I just have to unplug and replug it don't I? Why should I pay extra for a brand new one? Though I guess I can't blame him for trying to make a sale. Almost felt bad when I refused to buy it but not really.
Well, that pretty much sums up my first day of summer. I can tell that the rest of summer is going to be boring as well. =( Luckily (or unluckily...), I've got my piano exam coming up soon so I guess that can keep me distracted for some time. Hopefully I'll pass because I'm really not ready. After this level, I'll be going for ARCT teacher level, not that I think I will EVER teach piano...but it's a nice plan to fall back on. I mean...my teacher makes $40 an hour and she has like fifty students.
I think I might be going to Playland next weekend. My friend kept bugging me about it because she got the all-summer pass and she wants to use it as many times as possible before summer's up. I'll keep you updated. Maybe.

Ok, SO I have finished reading the seventh and final book of Harry Potter. I have to say, I was really excited and yet nervous for it to come out :( Because I am afraid the fandom might die after a while since HP technically ended. However, I hope that is not the case >< Anyway I still have to read the book in further detail (again) but here are my feelings about the book.
